It seem to be a safe color to put on and will ensure they won't give any negative effects on your window, but it won't give any positive one either for your overall interior decoration. So why not test out by adding a color or two into the frame? Choose colors that are contrast with each other like a deep eggplant paint paired with a soft golden honeycomb window shade. Make Small Windows Attractive
Small windows can be a stand out by making them looks little larger. Install light-colored panels a little further above the window then end right past it and this should look very exciting. Just remember not to go way extreme on changing the appearance of your small windows. And, with some additional decorations like tiebacks and finials, they should turn out perfectly fine.
